1 League and Event Registration

By completing registration and payment through our website, you are reserving a spot in the selected league or event. Registration fees are non-refundable unless Manor Lanes cancels the event.

Manor Lanes reserves the right to cancel or reschedule leagues or events due to insufficient registration, facility issues, or circumstances beyond our control. In the event of a cancellation by Manor Lanes, registered participants will receive a full refund or credit toward a future event.

2 SMS Messaging Program Terms

Manor Lanes operates an SMS notification program to provide timely updates to registered customers.

• Program Description: Messages include registration confirmations, league reminders, schedule updates, weather alerts, referral program notifications, and occasional promotional offers.
• How to Opt-In: You explicitly opt-in by providing your phone number and checking the mandatory, unchecked-by-default SMS consent checkbox during the online registration process at manorlanes.com.
• How to Opt-Out: You may opt out at any time by replying STOP to any message from Manor Lanes. After opting out, you will receive one final confirmation text. To opt back in, reply START.
• For Help: Reply HELP to any message for assistance or contact us at brian@manorlanes.com or (716) 875-8814.
• Message Frequency: Message frequency varies based on your registration activity and league schedule.
• Costs: Message and data rates may apply. Manor Lanes does not charge for SMS messages beyond standard carrier rates.

3 Referral Program

The Manor Lanes Refer-A-Friend program awards a $25 Manor Lanes gift card to both the referring customer and the referred friend when the referred friend's team registers for and completes at least 50% of the league schedule. Gift cards are issued after the 50% completion threshold is met.

4 Website Use & Intellectual Property

By using manorlanes.com, you agree to use the site for lawful purposes. All content, including text, images, logos, and graphics, is the property of 3 G Entertainment, Inc. and may not be reproduced without written permission.

5 Limitation of Liability

Manor Lanes and 3 G Entertainment, Inc. are not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of our website, participation in leagues or events, or reliance on information provided through our SMS program.

6 Governing Law

These Terms and Conditions are governed by the laws of the State of New York.

7 Changes to These Terms

We reserve the right to update these Terms at any time. Continued use of our website or SMS program after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
