In 2024, our sand volleyball complex underwent a full-scale renovation — featuring Olympic-grade volleyball sand, a professionally engineered drainage system, new LED court lighting, electronic scoreboards, and a premium outdoor sound system. With three competition courts, two outdoor patios, a dedicated dog park, and full-service food and bar access, Manor Lanes delivers one of the most complete sand volleyball experiences in Western New York.
