Responsibilities:

- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the kitchen, including workstations, utensils, and equipment.
- Assist with food prep tasks such as chopping, peeling, and marinating.
- Monitor stock levels and report any shortages or needs to the kitchen manager.
- Adhere to all health and safety guidelines, including proper food handling and storage procedures.
- Work collaboratively with the kitchen and front-of-house staff to ensure smooth service.
- Participate in regular cleaning and maintenance schedules.
Qualifications:
- Previous experience as a Line Cook or similar role in a high-volume kitchen.
- Strong knowledge of cooking techniques and food safety regulations.
- Ability to work efficiently under pressure and in a fast-paced environment.
- Excellent communication and teamwork skills.
- Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as needed.
- Culinary school diploma or equivalent experience is a plus.
